Ambika is an Indian film actress. She has acted in a number of South Indian films. She started her career with the Malayalam movie Mamangam in 1979. Her sister Radha is also an actress. She acted with Kamal Haasan in many movies and has appeared in glamorous roles in movies such as Kaakki Sattai Vikram and Kadhal Parisu. Bhagyaraj introduced Ambika in his movie Andha 7 Natgal. Getting married, she settled in United States, but returned to India around 1999 and acted in Jodi. Ambika has been acting all tiny roles up to recent release vel. She will act a heroine in Vikaraman’s forthcoming project Mariyathai. Captain Vijayakanth would act as dual role.
